Policies

  1. Services are billed by the hour, not the task.
  2. There is a two hour minimum for first time clients.
  3. There is a one hour minimum when providing office assistance in any one day period. After the first
    hour, clients will be billed in 15 minute intervals.
  4. There is a two hour minimum for jobs requiring travel. After the second hour, clients will be billed in 15
    minute intervals.
  5. All rates include time starting from Del Mar, CA or Carlsbad, CA (depending on which is closest to the
    client) and the first 5 miles of travel. Travel over 5 miles is billed at $0.60 per mile.
  6. Rates reflect charges for services rendered by Your Personal Concierge and do not include charges
    for outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
  7. Your Personal Concierge and any applicable outside vendor services are due upon completion of the
    job. For your convenience, we offer a prepayment option. We welcome personal or company checks
    and cash.
  8. There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
  9. Service requests that put others in danger, are illegal or questionable will be denied.
  10. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any persons. We apologize for the
    inconvenience.
  11. Services requiring the transportation of pets require a suitable pet carrier to be provided by the client.
  12. Services are performed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    Services needed outside of these hours can be arranged. Please call for a price quote.
